I’ve got to be doing something right, because this is the fourth session I’ve had the opportunity to do with Melissa & her family. Her and her brother for mothers day, her Beloved engagement session with Kory, their wedding day, and now their new “family portrait” with their (big) puppy Tego. I very much love these two together and it’s always my pleasure to keep spending wonderful sessions with any of them.
And if you haven’t had the opportunity to eat at Lucia’s Tacos in Independence Missouri off Noland Road and 24hwy, you definitely need to. It is hands down, the BEST taco place in this area. And Melissa’s mom and their family run the business. They have been talked about and drooled over for years, and they have just opened a newly remodeled store right in front of Chrisman high school. Seriously delicious.
It’s a precious thing when we can all support each other… I’ll eat Melissa & Lucia’s tacos once a week with my mom and dad (and any other that may tag along) and I will keep shooting some creative sessions of these absolutely gorgeous people!
