Carrie & Ryan… what a wedding!

Married at Now Larimar Resort in Punta Cana at the Dominican Republic right before our very own wedding this summer. Hot hot hot summer weather, but a lovely relaxing wedding week filled with catamaran boat rides and dancing parties, lots of chocolate monkey milk shakes (or whatever they referred them to-so delicious), enjoying pool time all day long, parasailing, a hot tub on our balcony, late night entertainment, and ending with a bang with the couple, some friends and guests jumping in the pool after the reception in their wedding gowns to cool off from the southern heat.

These are my ultimate favorite type of weddings. I spend a week tagging alongside everything they do and documenting it freely and creatively. I LOVE destination weddings because I get to know these couples and their friends/family a lot more than local weddings. I feel like they ARE my friends and family when we leave, and it’s a wonderful feeling. So many sweet moments for these two during their wedding extravaganza. I’m so happy to have been such a fun part of it all. Enjoy the images below and do leave them some sweet, sweet comment love to enjoy looking back on.
