Tasty Tuesday, Small family meals, Dinner for two, Grilled MeatloafIngredients-MeatloafMEATLOAF:
Pour all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix them together with your hands.  If it still feels sticky or moist add more bread crumbs.
Pre heat your grill to 400 degrees.  I have three burners so I turned on the burners on the sides on and left the middle burner off.  This creates indirect heat so it will cook well and not burn.
Place your Meatloaf into a loaf pan just to form it.  Make sure it is sprayed so it will come out quickly.
Place the formed loaf pan upside down on the grill until the loaf has come out of the pan and remove the pan from the grill.  Brush the top and sides with bbq sauce.
After about 10 minutes turn the loaf and brush the top with bbq sauce again.
Keep repeating this process for about 30 minutes or until cooked.  To finish I let the loaf rest for 5 minutes, sliced the loaf into bars and put them back on the grill on their sides.  I put them on top of a hot burner to get grill marks quicker.
PASTA:
Toss the pasta into boiling water.  Drain and toss the pasta with the garlic, tomatoes, and alfredo sauce into the same pot and serve hot.
RADISHES:
Slice the radishes and toss radishes with the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil in a 6×6 roasting pan.  Bake for 375 degrees for 30 min or until tender.
