If you ever want to know how to make your kids happy, just take them to a fountain of water. Lore and Victor just lit up when we finally said, “Let’s go across the street and play in the fountains.” All of their smiles and little personalities beamed so big when we let them play and just be them. I know parenting can be so hard, and the more kids, the harder it gets. But it’s such a blessing to see parents like Aaron and Victor, so patient and loving. Authoritative and great teachers, yet tender and full of grace. This family was just that. They let their kids be who they are in these moments of their lives, and in turn, we have such priceless images of them all spending a windy afternoon in Kansas City together.
